Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 – Still Fresh After All These Years

A wine with a gorgeous ruby color, complemented by the aroma and captivating flavor of forest fruits.

Hand-harvested grapes, gently destemmed without crushing the berries; the must is fermented on the skins for 14-18 days with regular punch-downs of the cap. Pressing is followed by malolactic fermentation to soften the wine. Matured for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, then for 1 – 2 years in barrique or oak casks.

Slovak quality varietal wine with predicate.
